Ingredients:
500g Moor Farm Shop Peppered Beef Shin
284ml Double Cream (Available from Moor Farm Shop)
Instructions:
Cook the peppered shin for 1 hour or until tender in a casserole dish with the lid on at 180 degrees Celcius. Take out of the oven and stir in the cream and serve immediately.
Serve with vegetables, rice or salad.
