To mark british sausage Week, 2nd - 8th November, we have been asking customers for new sausage flavours that they would like to try. After receiving 40 suggestions we put it to a staff vote for their favourites which resulted in 4 finalists; Pork & Worcester Sauce, Pork, Hoi Sin & Spring Onion, Chilli Beef & Cheddar and Pork, Harissa & Apricot. These will be out for you to taste and vote on your favourite in the shop on Friday 4th with the winner being announced that evening on here and Facebook.

Elaine Timmis Preparing Sausages Moor Farm Shop began after the success of their Hereford Beef Meat Boxes. This emphasis on home-reared meat is still central to the Moor Farm Shop offering. The majority of the beef is from the Timmis' own award winning Hereford cattle and the pork is from their own Gloucester Old Spot pigs. When demands outstrips supply, Hereford beef is used from regional breeders that the family know so that they can assure their customers of the provenance and quality.
