Moor Farm Shop began after the success of their Hereford Beef Meat Boxes. This emphasis on home-reared meat is still central to the Moor Farm Shop offering. The majority of the beef is from the Timmis' own award winning Hereford cattle and the pork is from their own Gloucester Old Spot pigs. When demands outstrips supply, Hereford beef is used from regional breeders that the family know so that they can assure their customers of the provenance and quality.

The range of Moor Farm Shop meats are hung, cured and cut by the on-site butcher, Dave Edgar. The creative recipes have been recognised in local awards. The Moor Farm Shop Shropshire Breakfast Sausage was the winner of the 2011 HEFF (Heart of England Fine Foods) Sizzle Off Award. Their speciality sausage, Smoked Bacon and Black Pudding, was also commended by HEFF.
